A disappearing 4 patch given to Linus.
A star quilt - it was the Rocheberie challenge and I made the first one for Denise (as she didn't have time to do one) and the next one down was my entry.  Unfortunately, the day was cancelled as the room had been booked for the wrong day....  We had show and tell in the car park then started the journey home.  It gave me the opportunity to visit Discount Fabric Lincs though so every cloud.
The last one was a panel costing £2 from the Sewing Centre.  I chopped it up and added the green fabric to make it larger.

When is a quilt not a quilt?

Apparently, if it is small enough to be considered a "table runner" it isn't suitable for the Rocheberie Quilt challenge - funny considering second place was taken by a (small) wall hanging complete with fabric tabs along the top to hang it with.

Rocheberie challenge

At the September meeting we were given two half meters of fabric and wadding and instructed to make a quilt!
