a late finish

This was the Longarm University mystery challenge for New Year's Day in 2020.  I've just put the binding on.....  better later than never.  

 

Linus finish

 One for Linus.  The blue fabric has insects on it....

And I keep forgetting to take a picture but, 

A disappearing 4 patch given to Linus.

A star quilt - it was the Rocheberie challenge and I made the first one for Denise (as she didn't have time to do one) and the next one down was my entry.  Unfortunately, the day was cancelled as the room had been booked for the wrong day....  We had show and tell in the car park then started the journey home.  It gave me the opportunity to visit Discount Fabric Lincs though so every cloud.

The last one was a panel costing £2 from the Sewing Centre.  I chopped it up and added the green fabric to make it larger.

Two for Heirloom

 Two finishes ready for Heirloom quilting show later this week.

A quilt to go to charity which was a group BOM.

The flying geese challenge.

All three quilted by Mark.  The middle one is a Bonnie Hunter pattern - it was a free sew along during Covid.

The top one is Winnie the Pooh - a shadow pattern and the bottom one is a more recent make - ugly fabrics on point.

 

Two gifts

A quilt for SIL with "interesting" fabric - she didn't notice.

A bag for Vanessa featuring zombie cats as she was leaving the Sewing Centre.

 

Catching up

A Merry Mayhem mystery quilt - which has gone to Linus.

A scrap quilt that Mark quilted for practice.

An ugly one

 I gathered together loads of ugly fat quarters, cut them into 1.5" strips and made a string quilt.

A jointly made quilt for the dogs, a draught excluder for Alison (she requested one....) and a panel quilted for Linus.

 

Fastest finish

This is the New Year's Day longarm university quilt - this must be my fastest finish of the NYD quilt ever.
