Holiday

Have just come back from a two day workshop at Bridlington. This was Jan Hassard's Curved Bargello. I got all the strips done in class and so far have sewn together the first four strips now I am home.

A leftover finish

This is made from the left-over 4 patches for Bonnie Hunter's chequerboard leader and ender challenge. I made too many 4 patches - I haven't finished the main chequerboard quilt yet - but I have put the rows together but just not the rows into the quilt top.... It is on my "to do" list but I couldn't leave the left over bits alone.

Rocheberie challenge complete

This is my fifth - and final - UFO finish for the Rocheberie challenge this year. I made this top on the Devon retreat in Feb 2017 but it is now quilted and bound.

Two finishes

A pattern called Hugs and Kisses - so I quilted it with a panto of Big Wet Fishes! Going to Wales. Another finish: The blocks in the centre were left over from some other project so I decided to use them up - unfortunately the black/green wavy blocks generated left over bits so I didn't make any progress with emptying my left over blocks box. De-cluttering is over-rated anyway....

A bag finish

A bag made a while ago - but I've only just put the handles on. Bag handles are like binding, just don't get done!
