Bag and box quilt
Went to Bramble Patch on Tuesday to see the Christmas exhibition. Came back with this small halloween bag kit (from the sale section) because I loved the spider fabric!
The quilt was a UFO from ages ago - a Rocheberie workshop on a Sunday with Susan Briscoe. It was supposed to have circles appliqued on it as well but nah, am calling it finished.

Crochet!
I can't remember the last time I did any crochet so I was pleased with how this basket turned out. I picked a crochet book up in a charity shop (£1) and this pattern was in it and I knew I had just the yarn at home to make it with....

Another design wall
My first one is full (it is more of a storage space for spare blocks rather than a design wall) so I have made another but this time it has bears, frogs, an alligator, snails, mice and dragons running across it!
(and the bunny blocks are still on there)....
When is a quilt not a quilt?
Apparently, if it is small enough to be considered a "table runner" it isn't suitable for the Rocheberie Quilt challenge - funny considering second place was taken by a (small) wall hanging complete with fabric tabs along the top to hang it with.

Busy, busy, busy
I made a chenile bathmat which nicely used up some very fugly fabric...... I made a basket "thing" but couldn't understand some of the instructions so sort of made it up a bit as I went...... the Lutterworth exhibition was this last weekend and I finished and entered a quilt I called "simply squares" and, last but not least, Helen who works with Mark is a grandmother for the first time so this is a sort of I Spy quilt for Sidney (who was due in September but arrived in August so I didn't stand a chance of getting it made on time)- it is quilted with a frog panto.

Christmas?
A table runner - I can't even remember making this - I think it might have been a Merry Mayhem mystery which would explain why I have used someone else's colours, ie Christmas...... I have quilted it now and finished it and am going to put it on the sales table at the Lutterworth exhibition in a few weeks' time.
